Quality Control

Leather is a product transformed from the skins of animals that used to be living things.  Due to the nature of the product from its origin, maintaining the quality set by customers is always the challenge.

In order to minimize this risk of quality, HAESUNG AIDA imports rawhides only from the United States and carries out all process within in-house without outsourcing.  In this way, quality control is assured and guaranteed while significantly reducing risks from outsourcing.

All data generated in the field is managed in conjunction with ERP through MES and utilized for quality management.

With a belief that it is difficult but not impossible, we always put quality first in our production operations.

Customer Satisfaction

HAESUNG AIDA prepares for every season development collaborating with the name brands.

Due to the nature of the fashion industry, sensitive to trends,
they requires order different leathers and colors every season, and different brands have different requirements.

The know-how accumulated while developing and producing hundred kinds of leather for each season has become the foundation of our confidence that we can make anything our customers want.
