Mission

Manufacturing and Environment

Nowadays, everyone is concentrating on IT-based technologies and related businesses.

However, HAESUNG AIDA is concentrating on product production with a sense of mission that the products we use in real life are eventually produced in the manufacturing industry even if IT technology develops.

And we are concerning that too many products are made and later disposed easily.

We are developing products to replace the huge amount of plastic and vinyl products which are made and thrown away with durable and long-lasting leather.

Revival of the Leather Industry

In the 1980s and 1990s, leather was one of Korea's major export items. Although Korea has grown into one of the world's top 5 leather producing countries, it has given its place to China and Southeast Asian countries for various reasons.

Now, the leather industry has become one of the representative declining industries.

HAESUNG AIDA is engaged in business with a belief that the globally stagnant demand for leather will increase again and Korea's leather industry will revive.

For the second heyday of Korea's leather industry, HAESUNG AIDA is continuously investing in technology development and equipment/facilities.

National Competitiveness and Recruitment

The unemployment problem in Korea has not been only a recent problem.

Since the 2000s, many leather manufacturers have moved their production bases overseas due to the increase in labor costs.

However, although cost efficiency is also important, HAESUNG AIDA did not leave Korea to contribute to national competitiveness. 

Rather, we expanded our employment by increasing our factories in Korea.

Now, we are making efforts to improve the working environment in order to create a working environment where young talented people can work.

We will provide a pleasant work environment by considering the safety and environment of production sites and continuously improving them.
